From restoring historic landmarks and modernizing aging infrastructure to creating state-of-the-art entertainment venues, we work closely with our clients to deliver impactful projects that honor Washington, DC’s rich history while meeting the city’s dynamic and evolving needs.

  • Clark DC is partnering with Monumental Sports and Entertainment and the Washington Wizards to renovate the outdoor basketball facilities at Marvin Gaye Recreation Center and Barry Farm Recreation Center in Washington, DC.

    The work includes improvements to the existing court surfaces, and new custom artwork, new striping, hoops, and bleachers in addition to miscellaneous grounds improvements to provide a better playing experience for the DC community.  This work is part of MSE's broader "District of Play" initiative, which will include renovations to additional outdoor basketball facilities across the District in the coming years. 


  • Clark DC is retrofitting an eight-story office building into a 157-unit residential building with a gym, co-working lounge, and rooftop amenity lounge.

    The scope of work also includes repairing existing travertine fins on the façade, installing new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and elevators, completing interior demolition, removing and replacing windows, and minor improvements to the existing three-level, below-grade parking garage. The project is anticipated to be completed in the spring of 2026.


  • The Union Station Expansion Project (SEP) aims to expand and modernize the nation’s second-busiest railroad station, transforming the station into a world-class facility. The SEP is currently in the project development stage with 30% design development marking the next major milestone.

    The SEP serves several critical objectives: expanding and modernizing Union Station for its second century of existence; fostering the growth of mass transportation options; and driving regional socio-economic development through job creation, labor income, and economic activity, while protecting the stations historical and architectural legacies.

Molly Raglani Named Manager of Clark DC

Molly brings more than 20 years of experience in the district’s construction market and will direct all facets of the company's operations.

Previously, Molly served as vice president and business unit leader of Clark Construction. She was responsible for overall project acquisition, development, execution, and delivery in the Mid-Atlantic, cultivating client relationships for residential and mixed-use projects.

Molly has led many notable projects in DC, including CityCenterDC, The Wharf, and The Stacks, Phase 1.
